Student bloggers

Please welcome Brendan and Benjamin Marasco, two Washington brothers who will post on our blog. Since the blog is about education, I thought it would be a great idea to have students posting here as well.
Welcome guys! Please jump right in and blog.

Yes, they are from Washington School District, though we are also seeking students from other districts.

Benjamin and Brendan, please let everyone know about some of the positive aspects of Washington School District. My children have attended school there since kindergarten and have done very well. Many of their teachers have been truly excellent and inspiring.

I agree, I have three children in the school and could not have asked for better teachers. How do you feel about the 7th and 8th graders coming up to the high school?

I have two children who attend Washington Park and I have had wonderful experiences with their teachers. I am not in favor of the 7th and 8th graders moving to the high school.

The 7th and 8th grade move scares me. I know my children will be edjucated were-ever they are but I want them to stay a child as long as they can. Mixing them with 9th-12th graders will change that. I luv the school and the teachers and I want things to stay the way they are. Our kids don't want this move to happen either.
